Here at RUACH Ministries, our goal is to bring REVIVAL to the nations! Ruach, from the Hebrew, means "spirit, breath, or wind" or "spirit of life". We believe that we are in the last days and there is a huge outpouring of God's Holy Spirit in the earth and that God is releasing a fresh RUACH in to the nations of this generation, and fresh life to what was once dead! (Acts 2:17-21)
During prayer one night while kneeling down bedside, Pastors Matthew and Erica Taylor heard God speak the word "RUACH" plainly. As two former addicts of seventeen years, Pastors Matthew and Erica Taylor have a heart to set the captives free by the power of God's Holy Spirit and the blood of Jesus Christ! Their sole goal and desire is to "1, 2, 3, SET THE CAPTIVES FREE IN JESUS' NAME"! Pastors Matthew and Erica believe God wants his church to be representative of him and that He is breathing life by His Spirit onto dry bones. Thus, the birthing of RUACH Ministries.
RUACH Ministries believes in the whole bible, cover to cover and that by the power of the Holy Spirit, we will see miracles, signs, and wonders, on earth as it is in heaven, just as Jesus performed in the scriptures. We believe in the five-fold church model: Pastors, Prophets, Apostles, Evangelists, and Teachers (Ephesians 4:11). We believe in all of the gifts of the Holy Spirit, the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues (Acts 1:5-8) (Acts 2:1-47), divine healing, and that deliverance ministry is the "children's bread". (Matt 15:21-28) (Mark 7:24-30)
RUACH Ministries knows that Jesus meets everyone right where they are and that no one is exempt from his great love! Our goal and mission here is to preach the WHOLE Gospel, and reach as many people as possible through the love and saving power of Jesus Christ of Nazareth! (Romans 10:9-10)
